About The Global Voice

The Global Voice was started in 2009 and began streaming regular programs on 1 May 2009. The original idea of the station, which still holds good today, is to build a bridge between the world's blind and sighted communities, and to that end we are unlike many stations run by the blind in that we have both visually impaired and sighted DJs. We stream both speech and music programs from DJs all over the world. We also accept programs in languages other than English. Toot if you'd like to join us!
