My partner, Bongo, and I run #Yoya and movement classes from our home in southern #Spain above Lanjaron in the Alpujarra. Also week-long Retreats. In our spare time we love #cycling or #hiking in the beautiful hills and mountains of Andalucia with our rescue #dogs. I teach a lot of sports specific yoga and movement classes, often dealing with people who have injuries
